Pricing

Our pricing policy is designed to offer competitive rates with the convenience of online booking.

• Per Person Basis: Unless specified otherwise, all prices are quoted per individual.
• Exclusions: Prices do not include gratuities, passport/visa fees, travel insurance, meals and beverages not specified in the itinerary, accommodation, room services, or laundry services.
• Price Variations: Published rates are subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances such as fluctuations in airline fares, hotel rates, or transportation costs.

Methods of Payment

We accept a variety of payment methods to facilitate a smooth transaction process.

• Credit Cards: Major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners are accepted.
• Full Payment Requirement: Payments must be made in full at the time of booking.
• Transaction Confirmation: Clients are required to provide their credit card details to complete the transaction, which will reflect as a charge on your statement.

Confirmation of Payment

Upon successful payment, our travel consultants will send a confirmation slip via email.

• Proof of Payment: The confirmation slip serves as evidence of payment and must be presented to service providers to redeem your tour package.
• Accuracy of Information: Ensure that all travel-related information provided at the time of booking is accurate to avoid any discrepancies.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Understanding our cancellation and no-show policies is crucial to avoid unnecessary charges.

Cancellation

• Service-Specific Policies: Each tour, activity, attraction, or hotel booking has its own cancellation policy. Clients are advised to review the specific terms associated with their booking.
• Combo Tours: Cancellation of any single tour within a combo package may nullify the combo offer. In such cases, the individual tour price of the non-cancelled services will apply, and the remaining amount will be refunded accordingly.
• Visa Fees: Fees paid for visa processing are non-refundable once payment has been made.

No-Show

• Non-Refundable: Failure to appear for a booked tour or service will result in no refund, either in part or full. This applies to unused tickets, sightseeing tours, car rentals, chauffeur-driven services, and other travel-related services.
• Rescheduling: Confirmed tours, airport transfers, and other services cannot be rescheduled in the event of a no-show.

Cancellation Procedures

To initiate a cancellation, please adhere to the following steps:

• Written Notification: Submit a written cancellation request to Forever Tourism LLC.
• Acknowledgment: Upon receiving your request, we will confirm the cancellation via email, fax, or telephone, detailing any applicable fees.
• Responsibility: Forever Tourism LLC is not liable for any cancellation requests not received or not confirmed by us.

Itinerary Amendments

Occasionally, adjustments to the planned itinerary may be necessary.

• Factors Influencing Changes: Local weather conditions, airline schedules, and other unforeseen circumstances may require modifications to routings and services.
• Alternative Arrangements: We strive to provide suitable alternatives of similar value, subject to availability.
• Notification: Clients will be informed of significant changes prior to departure whenever possible.
• Minor Amendments: Forever Tourism LLC reserves the right to implement minor changes to the itinerary without reimbursement.
• Force Majeure: No compensation will be provided for changes due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters.

Hotel Accommodation and Check-In/Check-Out Policy

Our accommodation policies are designed to ensure a comfortable stay.

• Alternative Arrangements: If your preferred hotel is unavailable, we will arrange accommodation in a similar establishment matching your budget and standards.
• Check-In/Check-Out Times: Policies vary by hotel. Forever Tourism LLC is not responsible for early or late check-in/check-out requests that the hotel cannot accommodate due to operational constraints.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend securing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events.

• Liability: Forever Tourism LLC is not responsible for damages resulting from accidents, illnesses, injuries, loss of personal belongings, or trip cancellations.
• Coverage: Travel insurance should cover medical expenses, trip cancellations, and loss of belongings.

Travel Documents

Ensuring proper documentation is essential for a hassle-free journey.

• Client Responsibility: Guests must carry all necessary documents, including a valid passport and any required visas.
• Validity: Passports should be valid for at least six months from the date of return.
• No Refunds: Failure to present the necessary documents may result in denied services without eligibility for a refund.

• Consular Information

  Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet all entry requirements for their destination. This includes obtaining the necessary visas and adhering to health regulations. We recommend consulting the consulate or embassy of your destination country for the most current information. Forever Tourism LLC is not liable for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect travel documentation.

Website Usage Restrictions

All content on this website, including logos, images, tour package details, pricing, and other relevant information, is the property of Forever Tourism LLC. Users agree not to exploit this content for commercial purposes or any illegal activities. Unauthorized use of the website or its content may result in legal action.
