Thank you for choosing Forever Tourism for your travel adventures. By booking a package through our website, you are agreeing to the following terms of use. Please review the terms and procedures below carefully to ensure you fully understand the conditions related to your chosen trip. These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made through Forever Tourism websites.

1. Pricing

At Forever Tourism, we are committed to offering you competitive pricing combined with the ease of online reservations. Unless otherwise stated, all prices listed on our website are per person and exclude tips to guides or drivers, passport and visa fees, travel insurance, meals and beverages, hotel accommodation, room service, and laundry charges. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen factors, such as changes in airline fares, hotel rates, or transportation costs.

2. Methods of Payment

We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. Full payment is required by credit card at the time of booking, and your credit card statement will reflect the transaction under Forever Tourism.

3. Payment Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation slip from our travel consultants. Please print this slip as proof of payment to present to the service providers. Ensure that all travel details you provide during booking are accurate.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

4.1 Cancellation

Each activity, attraction, or hotel booking has its own cancellation policy. Before confirming any service with Forever Tourism, please review the respective policy.
For combo tours, cancellation of one component will void the combo offer. The price of the non-cancelled tour will be recalculated based on individual rates and the balance refunded accordingly.
Visa fees are non-refundable once payment is processed.
When booking combo packages, ensure all selected options are available; otherwise, only the confirmed tours/services will be provided.

4.2 No-Show

No refunds (full or partial) will be provided if you fail to attend your booked tour or service. This policy also applies to unused tickets, sightseeing tours, transfers, and car rentals.
Rescheduling is not permitted for confirmed tours or related services.

5. Cancellation Procedures

To cancel any part of your booking, please submit a written cancellation request to Forever Tourism. Once received, we will confirm your cancellation by email, fax, or phone, along with any applicable fees. Forever Tourism is not liable for cancellations that are not received or not confirmed by us.

6. Itinerary Amendments

The routing and services included in your package may be adjusted due to weather, airline schedules, or other circumstances. In such cases, Forever Tourism will offer suitable alternatives of equal value where possible. Minor amendments may be made without notice or reimbursement. No compensation will be provided for changes caused by natural disasters or other force majeure events.

7. Hotel Accommodation & Check-In/Check-Out Policy

If your preferred hotel is unavailable, Forever Tourism will arrange a similar alternative within the same budget and standard. Check-in and check-out policies depend on the individual hotel and are beyond Forever Tourism’s control. Early or late check-in/check-out requests are subject to the hotel’s discretion.

8. Travel Insurance

Forever Tourism is not responsible for any loss, damage, illness, injury, or cancellation costs incurred during your trip. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events.

9. Travel Documents

Guests are responsible for securing all necessary travel documents, including valid passports and identification cards. No refunds will be issued for missed services due to missing or incorrect documentation. All travelers should consult their home country consulates for current visa and health requirements before traveling.

10. Website Usage Restrictions

All content on Forever Tourism’s website, including logos, images, package details, and pricing information, is owned by Forever Tourism. You agree not to exploit any content for commercial, non-personal, or illegal purposes.

11. Delivery & Shipping Policy

Forever Tourism complies fully with international regulations.
Statement: “Forever Tourism will NOT deal with or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance with the laws of the UAE.”

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All purchases, disputes, or claims related to Forever Tourism’s website and services shall be governed and construed according to the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
