1.1 Cancellation
Visas, Air tickets, tours, and hotel booking has their cancellation policies. Before booking, the client should make sure that he/she has read the cancellation policy.
In case of Combo tours can be canceled, but if anyone is canceling a single tour in combo then they will not able to avail combo offer. For a tourist visa, once payment is done. It will be canceled and non-refundable based on the information that the client has given.
1.2 No Show
In case of no show, failed to use the ticket at the particular date mentioned on the ticket, no refunds, and no emendation will be done. The same condition applies to all transportation services.
2. Cancellation Procedures
Upon receiving your cancellation request, one of your agents will let you know through e-mail or telephone call regarding the confirmation of booking cancellation as well as the charges. We are not responsible for any cancellation that has not been received from you or not confirmed by us.
